    Pregnancy & Preconception

    Pregnancy is amazing, but it can feel miserable, too. Nutrition support can help manage side effects like nausea, vomiting, and heartburn.

    Healthy eating promotes the growth and development of your baby, and if you develop gestational diabetes, diet and exercise can help to manage your blood sugar.

    You might also be planning a pregnancy. Your diet can help support fertility and your overall health before conceiving.

    Learn everything about feeding your baby, starting on day 1. Breast/chestfeeding, formula, food allergies, choking, iron, poop! You’ve got questions—I’ll support you as your baby builds a healthy body and a healthy relationship with food.

    Feeding kids is a big part of parenting, and it can be a source of ongoing anxiety and conflict. You might have noticed your child getting increasingly picky about eating, not gaining weight, or reacting to certain foods. You might be interested in raising intuitive eaters, but not know where to start.

    Nutrition information and support will build your confidence and skills, and help your family get to stress-free mealtimes.

    Get the nutrition information and support you need to manage a chronic disease or food allergy. Please book a free telephone consult first, so we can discuss whether and how I can support you with dietary management of your condition.

    I have experience managing cardiovascular disease (e.g. high cholesterol), diabetes (including gestational diabetes), and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.

    Plant-Based Diets

    You might be ready to try a plant-based diet to address high cholesterol or high blood sugar. You might be concerned about climate change, or determined to boycott factory farms for animal welfare reasons. You might just want to try a few meatless meals, or have your heart set on veganism.

    Whatever the reason, I can help you make your goal a long-term change, and make sure you’re getting everything you need from plants.

    You might want to talk about nutrition for your overall health, preventing chronic disease, and ensuring you’re getting enough nutrients to do the things you like to do. We can talk about your long-term goals, and I can get you evidence-based answers to your nutrition questions.

    I also work with lots of clients on intuitive eating. Take your life back from chronic dieting and body dissatisfaction, and rebuild a calm, joyful, and satisfying relationship with food.

This short meeting over the phone helps us figure out whether I can help you, and what I can help you with. No commitments, no pressure.

60-min initial assessment

At this first appointment, we’ll discuss your nutrition needs, your circumstances, and your preferences, so that we can set goals together and make a plan to get there.


$80-110*

30- or 45-minute follow-up appointments

These are ongoing sessions where we can talk about how things are going and troubleshoot anything that’s coming up for you.
