Kids & Family
Feeding kids is a huge part of parenting, and it can be a source of ongoing conflict and stress. You might have noticed your child getting increasingly picky about eating, not gaining weight or tracking well on their growth chart, or reacting to certain foods. You might be keen to raise an intuitive eater, but not know where to start.
If your child is neurodivergent, you might have noticed appetite or growth changes associated with medication or the neurodivergence itself.
Nutrition guidance and coaching will build your confidence and toolkit, and help your family get to healthy, relaxed mealtimes.

Feeding Babies
Learn everything about feeding your baby, and get them off to the best possible start. Breastfeeding, formula, solids, allergies, choking, iron, constipation! You’ve got questions—I’ll support you as your baby learns to eat and builds a positive relationship with food.
The 6-18 month window is an especially good time to consult with me if anything is bothering you about what or how your little one is eating or growing. Addressing issues as early as possible can be life-changing!

Pregnancy & Preconception
Pregnancy is amazing, but it can feel miserable, too. Nutrition support can help manage side effects like nausea, vomiting, and heartburn.
Healthy eating promotes the growth and development of your baby, and if you develop gestational diabetes, diet and exercise can help to manage your blood sugar.
You might also be planning a pregnancy. Your diet can help support fertility and your overall health before conceiving.

Heart Disease Management
If your doctor has just told you your cholesterol or triglycerides are high, you’ve received bloodwork with flagged results, or there's heart disease in your family and you're determined to change course, you’re likely seeking real, practical guidance that will make a meaningful difference to your risk level.
I work with adults who want to reduce their risk for heart disease through diet. Using an evidence-based, food-positive approach, I can help you incorporate foods that protect your heart in a way that actually fits your life.
Small, sustainable changes add up. Let's figure out what those look like for you.

Plant-Rich Diets
You might be ready to try a plant-based diet to improve your cholesterol or blood sugar. You might be concerned about climate change, or factory farms’ treatment of animals. You might just want to try a few meatless meals, or have your heart set on veganism.
Whatever the reason, I can help you make your goal a long-term change, and make sure you’re getting everything you need from plants.
